Acceptable Use Policy

1. General rule

Use Voolan lawfully, responsibly and only for personal purposes allowed by your plan. You are responsible for activity through your Telegram account, personal link and devices.

2. Prohibited activity

• Malware, phishing, fraud, credential theft, unauthorized access or exploitation.
• DDoS, scanning, brute force, spam, botnets, open proxies or public relays.
• Harassment, threats, exploitation, illegal content or infringement.
• Sharing, selling, renting or publishing access credentials.
• Chargeback, refund, promotion, trial or account abuse.
• Using or attempting to use VPN access in Russia, or bypassing territory controls.

3. Resource and platform abuse

Do not use the service for datacenter-like workloads, account farms, scraping or automation that harms stability, reputation or providers. Do not bypass rate, device, payment, expiry, suspension or abuse controls.

4. Enforcement

We may warn, rate-limit, rotate credentials, suspend, terminate, preserve relevant evidence or respond to provider/legal complaints. Decisions are case-specific and mandatory consumer rights remain available.

5. Reporting

Report abuse to voolan@tutamail.com with relevant times and a concise description. Do not include unnecessary personal data or secrets.
