Terms of Service

1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms form an agreement between you and the self-employed seller Котлов Иван Витальевич (Voolan). You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to use the chosen payment method.

By expressly accepting the current Terms, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy in the Telegram bot and then ordering or using the service, you agree to them. The Privacy Policy is a notice about processing, not a blanket consent.

2. Service

Voolan provides limited, personal, non-exclusive network privacy access for the paid period. Plans last 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. Renewal is manual; there is no recurring billing or automatic renewal.

Access is delivered through the Telegram bot and a personal subscription page after verified payment. We do not guarantee anonymity, uninterrupted service, a particular speed, destination, app, route, protocol or server region.

3. Territory

VPN access is not available for use in Russia. The public website, bot and payment flow may remain reachable there for moderation, information and support. Territory checks apply to access delivery/use, including on the personal subscription page.

If a purchase is made but first delivery is prevented by the territory check, contact support. Confirmed non-delivery is a basis for a full refund after payment verification.

4. Personal account and security

Telegram is the service identity. Keep your Telegram account, personal link and credentials secure. Sharing, publishing, resale, public relay use and bypassing account, payment, device or territory controls are prohibited.

5. Orders, prices and delivery

The checkout shows the selected period and exact provider charge. Bank-card orders are denominated in RUB; the displayed IDR value is only an estimate. The final card-currency amount depends on Robokassa and the issuing bank.

Delivery normally begins automatically after verified payment. Provider delay, review or a technical incident can delay access; the browser return page alone never confirms payment.

6. Gifts

A gift is paid by the purchaser and activated later by the recipient. Before activation it does not provide service. Once claimed, service is treated as started for the recipient. Gifts do not create referral rewards at launch.

7. Suspension

We may limit or suspend access for non-payment, expiry, sharing, resale, fraud, security risk, prohibited territory use or an AUP breach. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Changes and law

Material changes receive a new version and may require renewed acceptance. Russian law governs the seller's agreement, subject to mandatory consumer rights applicable to you. Contact us first so we can attempt an informal resolution.
